World of Smiles Inc is a 501c3 founded in 2016 to support the efforts of the La Romana Oral Health Initiative. It now supports a fixed dental clinic with a year- round dentist in place. The comprehensive care provided to the 2000 children of the school and nearby orphanages is augmented by twice a year outreaches in conjunction with US Dental schools: Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
